EXAMS ARE HERE!


Are you ready? 🧐


Exam season can be stressful for so many students (and parents). Not only is this season associated with an increase in caffeine consumption and late nights, it is also a season that seems to heighten the anxiety in many pupils. 🚨


Here are my tops tips to get through this exam season:


  1. get enough sleep (and by sleep, I mean proper sleep, not a couple of hours before you write your maths paper)šŸ’¤

  2. drink plenty of water and try and eat healthy (limit you sugar and caffeine intake as these substances affect your cortex functioning) šŸ’§

  3. move your body (exercise is the best way to reactive your cortex, decrease your stress levels and unblock any blocked modalities) šŸ‘£

  4. prepare (manage your time and work load so that you don't leave everything for the last minute)šŸ“†

  5. use a study method that works for you (please reach out if you or your child need help with study methods) šŸ“š
