EXAMS ARE HERE!


Are you ready? 🧐


Exam season can be stressful for so many students (and parents). Not only is this season associated with an increase in caffeine consumption and late nights, it is also a season that seems to heighten the anxiety in many pupils. 🚨


Here are my tops tips to get through this exam season:


  1. get enough sleep (and by sleep, I mean proper sleep, not a couple of hours before you write your maths paper)💤

  2. drink plenty of water and try and eat healthy (limit you sugar and caffeine intake as these substances affect your cortex functioning) 💧

  3. move your body (exercise is the best way to reactive your cortex, decrease your stress levels and unblock any blocked modalities) 👣

  4. prepare (manage your time and work load so that you don't leave everything for the last minute)📆

  5. use a study method that works for you (please reach out if you or your child need help with study methods) 📚
